Description

The project will demonstrate the viability of an integrated and holistic energy leasing service model to distribute the world’s leading pre-insulated pipework solution; dramatically reducing energy costs and emissions from commercial and industrial (C&I) heat networks in Kenya.
Up to 90% of energy demand in the Kenyan C&I sector, derive from heat and steam production and approximately 40% is lost through inefficient network design and pipework...

Demonstrating the viability of an heating energy performance leasing solution for Kenyan C&I sector, utilizing the world's leading pre-insulated and fabricated pipework, dramatically reducing the primary energy consumer of the sector.

The project successfully demonstrated an integrated and holistic energy leasing service model, distributing a leading pre-insulated pipework solution to reduce energy costs and emissions in Kenya's commercial and industrial heat networks. Improved insulation leads to reduced heat production, lowering NOX particles and CO2 emissions, thus decreasing air pollution and carbon footprint, and enhancing local living conditions.
